Our Story
Since 1989, the La Togata family has told the story of Montalcino through its wines. Today, in Sant’Angelo in Colle, that same passion comes to the table at the Hosteria through Tuscan cooking, seasonal ingredients, warm hospitality and respect for the land.

Our cooking begins with Tuscan tradition and follows the seasons. Fresh pasta, selected meats, fresh fish on Thursdays and Fridays, and house-made desserts are prepared in the open kitchen, in full view of our guests.
